Rental Policies and Conditions
1. Reservations:
• Reservations can be made through our website. An initial payment (deposit) is required to confirm the reservation.
• Reservations are considered confirmed once we receive the deposit and send an email confirmation.
2. Payments:
• We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. The total balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• If we do not receive the final payment on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
3. Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
4. Modifications:
• Modifications to the reservation are permitted, subject to availability. Additional fees will apply if the modification results in a price change.
5. Check-In and Check-Out:
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
• Additional charges will apply for late check-out without prior arrangement.
6. Use of the Property:
• The property is rented for recreational purposes only. Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking and the use of illicit substances are strictly prohibited. Law No. 50-88 on Narcotics and Controlled Substances.
7. Liability:
• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to the property during your stay.
• We recommend that guests insure their property and have travel insurance.
8. Applicable Law:
• These policies are governed by the laws of the country/state where the property is located.
